The global artificial intelligence (Ai/ML) market size to grow USD 58.3 billion in 2021 to USD 309.6 billion by 2026, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 39.7%. Numerous factors, such as growth of data-based Ai and advancement in deep learning and need to achieve robotic autonomy to stay competitive in a global market are expected to drive the adoption of Ai solutions and services. Key factors contributing to the growth of the market include growth in demand for low latency and real-time processing on Edge devices, emergence of Ai co-processors for Edge computing, cost reductions in data storage and operations, increasing enterprise workloads on the cloud and rapid growth in the number of intelligent applications.

Until now, the bespoke nature of integration involves working with different Ai vendors and developing microservices for each ISV to deliver their solution. This approach lacks standardization and does not scale. It could take 6-8 months of engineering to integrate each new AI solution, dramatically increasing costs and time to market.

ISV Certification Program

Zeblok's Edge Ai solution provides complete lifecycle management for Ai deployments from Cloud to Edge including Design, Deploy, Secure, Operate, Monitor, Manage and Support. The Ai-AppStore within the Ai-MicroCloud™ enables operating more than one Ai algorithm within a given Multi-Access Edge Computing data center (MEC) and provides optimized orchestration of the underlying hardware at the Edge.

Zeblok’s ISV certification program is designed to validate ISVs' Ai algorithms for smooth functioning on the Zeblok Ai-MicroCloud™, installed within public cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and on certified MEC hardware SKU’s to meet key operational criteria, including technology  alignment (containerized  solution), infrastructure topology alignment (cloud, Edge, hybrid-cloud, and on-prem), optimization alignment (leveraging Intel OpenVino™ and oneAPI™ toolkits). 

The scope of the program includes but is not limited to:

I. Providing infrastructure, technical onboarding and support 

II. Each ISV is expected to bring in their Ai application into Zeblok's Ai-MicroCloud™ and conduct testing to ensure smooth functioning with its foundational components

Infrastructure Provided

  • Access to public cloud environment (AWS or Azure) with select composable foundational components of the Zeblok’s Ai-MicroCloud™ preinstalled for Ai application certification – 4 to 6 weeks

  • Access to Hub data center environment, with select composable foundational components of Zeblok’s Ai-MicroCloud™ preinstalled as needed for the Ai application certification – 4 to 6 weeks as applicable

  • Access to Satellite environment (MEC), with select composable foundational components of Zeblok’s Ai-MicroCloud™ preinstalled as needed for Ai application certification – 4 to 6 weeks as applicable

Onboarding Process

  • Onboarding Technical Discussion - 1 hour to include:

  • Overview of the composable foundational components such as Ai-MicroCloud™ Application Manager, Ai-WorkStation, Ai-AppStore, Ai-Data Lake and Ai-API Engine

  • Overview of Zeblok’s Ai-MicroCloud™ microservices workflow

Support Provided

Level 1 Services:

  • Slack channel support (Mon - Friday, 9am ET to 5pm ET), with SLA of 1 business day response time

  • Support for public cloud environments will be provided through Slack channel support with SLA of 1 business day response time

  • Support for Hub and Satellite environments will be provided based on back-to-back arrangement with hardware vendor providing the environment

  • Removal of all deployed software and data from the evaluation system after the evaluation

  • Basic troubleshooting

Level 2 Services: 

  • Architecture-level discussion at extra cost
